Healthy food in no time – New Indian Express

Express News Service

When people think of healthy eating, they imagine monotonous, monotonous meals. Although many count calories for a healthier lifestyle, there are others who are discouraged from eating healthy due to frequent dieting.

Furthermore, with almost no time to cook a delicious but low-calorie meal at home, most people are unable to stay on track to achieve their health goals.

We talk to a few stakeholders of subscription meal services in Delhi that offer nutritious and delicious meal boxes, which are ideal for fulfilling your clean eating plan.

Bye bye basic, hello health and taste

Food Darzee, a subscription meal service co-founded by Siddhanth Bhargava (27), Anirudh Ganiriwal, Devage Jonghunwala, and Anik Bhandari, in 2017.

Available in eight cities (their primary kitchen in Delhi is in Sultanpur), they offer four healthy meal boxes – keto, low-carb, vegan, and balanced meals.

“We don’t believe that living a healthy life is a matter of eating one healthy meal a day. You have to be consistent with the number of meals you take. You cannot eat a salad and now think I am healthy,” Bhargava adds.

Their subscription boxes aim to alleviate this problem by helping people with a consistent meal plan. To make sure meals aren’t repetitive, Food Darzee has a range of dishes – daisy and others – along with an array of desserts.
