The health benefits of chia seeds:
Chia seeds are considered a superfood, have the right nutritional properties and are considered gluten-free. According to nutritionist Mehar Rajput, “These little black seeds are loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various other macronutrients, which helps prevent unwanted fats from being stored in our bodies. These factors not only aid in weight loss, but also help in promoting the health of Heart. In addition to chia seeds, they also help us keep us full for a long time and manage the blood sugar levels in our bodies.”
Shilpa Shetty, through her Insta, talks about the benefits of including chia seeds in our diet. Chia seeds are beneficial for skin health, too.
